TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to Persona. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLATFORM

Persona provides tools for content creation, integration, management, analysis, and interaction with various external social networks. Use of the services is conditioned on full acceptance of these Terms. Contact: suporte@persona.com

2. DEFINITIONS

User: any person who accesses or uses the Platform. Platform: Persona, a social network with external integration to other networks. External Social Networks: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Linked Account: user with an email linked to the platform system. Content: posts, data, media, and information submitted by the user.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

You must be at least 13 years old or the legal minimum age in your country to use Persona. Your account must not have been previously disabled by us for violating the law or any of our policies. Users must provide truthful information and protect their passwords. The Platform may refuse or cancel registrations.

4. CONNECTION WITH EXTERNAL SOCIAL NETWORKS

By linking accounts, the user authorizes access to permissions granted via the API. The user may revoke access at any time.

5. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Data collected: registration data, connected accounts, submitted content, and technical data. Use: platform operation, metrics, security, and personalization. Data processing follows the LGPD.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree not to publish illegal, offensive, fraudulent content or content that violates rights. Prohibited actions include spam, unauthorized automation, hacking attempts, and intellectual property violations. You are not required to reveal your full identity on Persona; however, you must provide truthful and updated information, including personal data used for registration. It is forbidden to impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization. You may not engage in illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activities. It is also forbidden to violate or assist others in violating these Terms or any platform policies.

7. PLATFORM RIGHTS

Persona may suspend accounts, modify services, remove content, and limit access. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, design, and branding belong to the company. Users retain rights over their content while granting the platform the technical usage rights required for operation.

9. PLANS AND PAYMENTS

Payments may be recurring. Non-payment may lead to service suspension. Refunds follow specific policies.

10. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Users may close their accounts at any time. Persona may terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or misuse.

11. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Persona is not responsible for: - content published by the user; - failures or instability of external social networks; - financial losses or indirect damages; - access interruptions due to maintenance.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Governing law: Brazilian law. Jurisdiction: São Paulo/SP.

14. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (LGPD)

Persona complies with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD). The law grants users rights such as data access, correction of outdated information, deletion, anonymization, portability, information about third-party sharing, and consent withdrawal. Persona commits to processing data only for legitimate purposes, implementing security measures, notifying incidents that may pose risks, and ensuring transparency. Users may exercise their rights via the official support channel.
